Ignoring my QUERY-***

I app**** for a sim, got it delivered no problem. I then tried it out for about an hour and realized it is too slow for me, I then logged onto the portal and cancelled the contract. Note that I cancelled the contract within 7 days. On the 1st of June, they deducted from my account, I then sent them a query and have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL, There is no number to call, they don't get back to you online. Absolutely appalling service!!! RAIN get your **** in order and refund my damn MONEY.
