If ZERO was a rating, Rain's support would still be rated too high!

Pathetic, useless, rude, disinterested, could not be bothered to reply or react, IF ZERO was a rating it would still be too good for the lack of service and support experienced by Rain. We have called on numerous occasions to have the phone put down on us as the lien is apparently too bad, we have numerous reference numbers promising that help is on the way. We have written to support and have not even had a computer-generated acknowledgment. The service sucks and blows, and is nonexistent.
