If you want service delivery, don’t use Rain

I’m still waiting on a sim swap I requested since July 19th. The only time they bothered to call me to inquire was when I wrote a complaint on here, I was advised that the sim would be delivered but I’m still waiting. I am working remotely and this has been affecting my clients
