If you want it to rain with lack of internet provision, choose Rain, they will surely rain on your parade!!!

Rain is a bad service provider with no regard for its patrons. I have had perennial problems of no internet access as a premium costumer and it’s exhausting! I am certain that I am not the only Rain customer with this problem because friends of friends tell of the same stories and frustration like is folk lore; my question is why go into customer service when it’s core business is interfacing with and reassuring customers? Most importantly fixing the problem and trying to keep the business?! I have had stellar interaction with one of the interactions in Gauteng with Lesego and support staff Ayanda; but not even their dedicated work ethic can make up for the false advertising of good Wi-Fi provision!
