If you opened an account with rain, they will continue taking money from you even after you cancel.

I bought two sim cards from rain in May. First sim card was pay as go, i immediately cancelled on their website because of very slow internet speed. I then cancelled the second sim card which was a month to month contract due to the same reason. They debited my account with R479 in June and July however i cancelled in June. I sent a message to their customer support asking if my sim card was cancelled because it was not cancelling on their website. I got a response that it is cancelled. On the 1st of August i got debited again. I contacted their support and they credited my account with R479. On the 1st of September i got debited again for R185.41. When i checked on their website, i have another account open which i never opened. Now i sent a message to their support to credit me again . Don't know what is going on with rain. If you opened an account with them, they will continue taking money from you even after you cancel.
