If you love no internet, waisting money along with bad service get Rain

Even one star is to much for these guys. They don't help you to resolve problem. They take your money even if you don't have internet. They ask you stupid thing like sending a line speed but there is no connection. I paid for a whole month They only delivered the device on the 4th. Forgot to activate it and I was only able to get some use from it on the 5th. No refund. Now to spite me. They connect us to a **** town and we only have internet 10% of the time. And they still will not help me fix it.
