if you in arears you can carry on being in arrears they will not stop your account

month to month contract but if you in arrears you cannot cancel. So you get restricted and they still add to your bill for full service. i sent email confirming my cancellation but they continue leave account active, I will refuse to pay for a month to month contact which I confirmed my cancellation. There staff has a lack of knowledge of service delivery as they want to bill you for service you not getting. No direct numbers for cancellation so if you email them and they don't get back to you they wont cancel and if they give you miss call and email you to say that they could not get hold of you, They are manipulating people to extend their unwanted contracts this can clearly be seen.
