If you are in edenvale dont buy this rain router

Terrible 5G Service – Faulty Router and Ignored! I bought a Rain 5G router on August 8, and it has been nothing but problems. It didn't work out of the box, and support hit me with a 24-hour authorization excuse. When that passed and it still failed, they told me to put it by the window. Even then, it only works for 20 to 30 minutes at a time before constantly dropping, forcing me to keep restarting it. I demanded a return and refund, but nobody has come to collect it. Chulumanco Mlata (***) emailed me asking for proof, I sent all the pictures showing it doesn't work, and he has completely ghosted me since. I'm sick of calling every second day just to get a new excuse while I waste money buying extra mobile data. I was promised full 5G coverage in Edenvale, but now they claim I'm "2 km away" with a "strong signal" while I can't even run a single TV. Rain, take your useless router back and refund my money immediately!
