If this is not abuse then what is?

A relationship with Rain is tantamount to abuse. Last year my daughter tried to discontinue her contract with Rain but they kept charging her for the service and she eventually gave up. The service improved for a while but this year has been marked with long periods of no connectivity. Currently, it has been over two weeks without any connectivity. I look after my grandchildren during the day and they love to watch stuff on the internet. this means we have to purchase data to keep the kids entertained. When my daughter complained Rain said they would call her back more than a week ago. I guess Rain is constructing a special network just to speak to her because they still have not called ...but she has to still pay because they will not let her go. If this is not abuse then what is?
