If possible I would leave a zero start for Rain, I've had the same complain for over 2 months now and the rain agents together with their superiors will lie to me about an issue being resolved

If possible I would leave a zero start for Rain, I've had the same complain for over 2 months now and the rain agents together with their superiors will lie to me about an issue being resolved. I've been waiting for my refund from the 1st of April 2025 everything I use my money to call them and no one bothers to solve this issue, it's escalation after escalation or being told we have processed your refund please wait 7 to business day for literally 3 months, Rain is my worst regret 💔 I wish they can be honest and tell me that I am never getting my money back
