If it doesn't fibre it RAINs

After having app**** for the installation of a fibre line, through two independent service providers, the first application having been made on 31 March 2020 already, we received two modems, but no fibre connectivity. Out of desperation we contacted RAIN. Despite the lockdown, RAIN delivered on their expectations and we were connected to the 5G network, in the old Pretoria East area, within the 3 (three) working days, as advertised. The 5G experience is phenomenal and our connectivity nightmares are now, thankfully, something of the past. We would like to take the opportunity of conveying our sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff, Management and the Board of RAIN, for the sterling services received during the lockdown. You are simply fantastic!
