ABSOLUTELY USELESS.. I am extremely upset with the quality of service provided by rain. I have had weeks of problems with my connection and i keep getting told the towers were out. I have called 25 TIMES!!! Being on hold for 25 each time with no answer. Then sending a ticket for my problem and they will get back to you in 24 hours.. 2 days later still nothing.. How do you do business and how can you claim to have such great service but NOTHING!! NOTHING!! Useless... I have requested on numerous occasions for someone to contact me regarding my problem but this goes onto deaf ears... No surprise.. I will never ever recommend you to anyone ever !!!! You are very quick to cut off people if their payment does not go though when you could just call then client and request payment but you expect people to call in but never answer the phone. Well done rain.. I should be charging you for all the data used for meetings when wifi was down for no reason
