IF I could give les then one star i would RAINs Poor service

I have no idea why Rain all of a sudden have so many issues these days. Every day my internet just works for 1 or two hours then the rest of the day it says (ZTE_6f5b2 Connected ,No Internet) When i call the useless call center they say they will reset it but still even today day i use my internet for my work and my kids use it but we always have this problem i live in JhB city central close to every flipping tower the call center guys are like puppets they have nothing to help u they claim it will be escalated but their turn around time is 3working days but i have payed for a full month rain is quick to take money but provide no service i thought I'm the only one suffering with the pathetic service but after reading the hobble reviews I'm not surprised, i pay for full month service on a daily level but only get use to one or two hours service. Rain should really be held accountable for no service rendered but deduct full amounts, that is not fair to any consumer and should be viewed as theft. rain takes full money for no service. Who will compensate me for that. you're service is truly poor and the inconvinace you Couse to clients who pay with out fail is disgusting.
