If I could give a -2 star I would.

I’ve been using rain for the last 4 years and despite my loyalty I still get the short end of the stick. I have been trying to get ahold of them since yesterday. I call and listen to that ugly ringtone for more than 5 minutes. I’ve gone online to request a call too, nothing. My coverage has been horrible since October and even after cancelling my subscription last month, they said I’d have to pay for November by the end of December. I accepted, now I want a new router and no one is answering? Keep your services, I’m migrating to a better service provider. Send someone to collect your router.
