If I could do two separate ratings , I would rate the level of assistance/service ive received from Rain half a star. All they do is log tickets as a solution. Had a connection problem since yesterday aswell. They logged another ticket. I ended up calling in and I spoke to a lady I can not remember her name(email says Jam but im sure it was a longer name) 10 stars to her.. she helped me to get it sorted and up and running again.she was awesome
