What is going on with you guys??? I started using Rain last year, everything was good... no, everything was great! Since the last 2 months the download speed is super ****ty, not even 100kbps... the customer care service option did not give any new tricks for solving my problem that I didn't already try. I mean really, I know how to do a speed test...!! I am not the only one complaining about you guys, and I am certainly not the only one struggling with the slow download speeds. I am currently paying for a service that I can barely use... my WhatsApp messages don't even send while in WiFi!!!! You are quick to process the debit orders each month but the service you are currently offering sucks

29 Apr 2021, 07:56The last email I received from you guys, customer care advised me to change the WiFi channels on my router, which actually made it worse. And I rep**** exactly that in my response email. I never heard anything from any of you after that. The problem is not my router, it's your network!
