ICASA is the next attempt to contact rain!

Beware. Rain does not have customer service.

I have been using rain for 5 months now. Ever since I joined I had an opportunity to speak to one of their support agents prior to lockdown.

The number which is available when you google "Rain networks Sandton" plays a recorded voice directing to the support section on the website.

I have tried contacting support both logged in and out of the rain website. No support.

I hope someone from rain will pick up on this attempt to contact them.

The speeds are great but when you need support you are doomed. Telkom was better on customer service (and that was terrible).
