ICASA
For months ive been billed by rain without any service from them. I made several calls to them and just heard a lot of promises that never realized.
After being refused a refund I referred the matter to ICASA ombudsman. Rain contacted me and promised to refund me, needles to say, yet another empty promise.
Please, if you also have a problem with rain that doesn't get resolved you need to report them to ICASA for awareness.
