IAM BEING DEBITED EVERY DAY ON MY ACCOUNT RAIN HELP ME AND

ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER THIS MORNING AND MY BANK ACCOUNT IS ON ZERO I have been speaking to rain since last week and everyday I get a debit order and I have moved my monies and this is creating a bad name the consulted says the money taken will balance my account I did not use rain in July I need my money now
