I write a review earlier “I made a payment through their website but they still suspended my service anyway, I called their customer service number several times but it just disconnected each time you select the option to a consultant , when I could eventually call reach them they said they Can’t assist me because it a weekend ans I should wait till Monday , now I’ve paid for a service but I can’t use it” I was assisted by Asiphile G and my reference number was ***5, I’m not sure if she is not trained at this or just wasn’t interested in assisting me , I called again and this time I was assisted by an Indian male I didn’t get his name but now the reference number was ***1 , he assisted me 100 times better than Asiphile , I do hope my services will be restored soon!
