I would not recommend Rain to anyone

I would not recommend Rain to anyone. They are overpriced , they over promise , great at marketing their products which never work. I am not sure which is worse, Their network or their service. They claim to have 24 hr assistance, but you’re always speaking to an AI bot . You get redirected a million times with no one who actually assists you. We have their highest pro router including an extender in an area which is meant to be really strong WiFi signal and proximity to the towers yet that makes absolutely no difference. There is never any network connection and when there is, it’s below 10 Mbps upload and download speed- for a product which is meant to have 100 Mbps and be 5g! Don’t waste your money people! These guys are the absolute worst of the worst! They will also respond to this comment on Hello Peter and say they will be in touch to resolve the issue but 💯 they will not even bother! I have maaany emails and phone calls lodged with them and yet not a single response or effort to resolve any issues
