I would not recommend rain to anyone

This is my 3rd time posting a review on hello peter as I don't get any help when calling rain. I have one again been having internet problems. This happens most of the time and every time I call they tell me they would request for someone to call me back. About a month ago I was called and told they would send someone. The person never showed up. Again a few days ago I was called and the person said they would come have a look and wqnted ro make sure I was home. The person again never ahowed up. Im getting so sick of the bad service. My internet speed is less than half a mb/s. You can only plug your router out so many times before you notice it does nothing. Can someone please arrange for a technician to come see me and give me a contact person or someting so I can follow up
