I would not recommend Rain to any one...

After numerous complaints and empty promises from Rain.... still stuck with a serv8ve a pay for but do not recieve. Was promised a new router still waiting it has now been over a week... im still stuck on a 4g connection with speeds below 5mbs but i pay for the 5G package... i will now be taking this to the ombudsman as i am paying for a promised service and not recieving it. I will take all my complaints, screenshots of the pathetic speeds etc with, even the phone calls that where recorded will be taken.
