I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS.

I have cancelled within my 7 day notice period as my internet never picked up since the day I received my wifi router. I then have been debited every month and paying for a service I do not even use. I had to call more than 10 times just to have the device collected again and for my refund request. There is no urgency whatsoever. They do not care at all. The device is still laying here and I am still being billed. This is absolutely ridiculous. They said management would contact me and guess what? They still haven't done so. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I want is for the device to be returned and my monies refunded and this is SO hard for them. I have made over 20 calls to get this sorted and all they do is " follow-up " . I am utterly disgusted in your service and lies you deliver !!!!! I do not mind turnaround times as I know there are certain policies and procedures but I have been waiting since Feb and we in July already ? WOOOOW ... Such an amazing experience hey !
