I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider- Very bad service, its been 4days the Tower is down with no feedback or update. When you log a ticket they give you a new ticket and say it takes 72hrs to resolve. Now today they say it takes 7days. Unreliable at its best while you committed to work from Home and signed up for 5G Rain. Not happy at all. I am gonna have to look for another service provider.
