I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider Thiamo Mokgatle. My first time EVER I have dealt with such a gentle, knowledgable and helpful agent. He was respectful, professional and super attentive to all my questions and needs. Having been in this trade myself for 10 years, I know how difficult people can be, but Thiamo was so patient in listening to and answering all my questions and queries and was VERY sufficient in sorting me out in such a quick time. No mess, no fuss, no hassles. Such a convenient method of getting connected and Thiamo sure deserves more than just a shout out. (*wink wink - promotion) If all your agents are as good as he is, what a blessed company this is. Thank you Thiamo. You are such a blessing and amazing asset to Rain.
