I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider The past 2 weeks I have received terrible internet speeds and it did not help to log a call with the support team. Today I decided to contact them instead of waiting on Rain to contact me and spoke to Akash Sonawane. He assisted me a cleared up my query with ease and I am very pleased with the service he provided. Thank you Akash Sonawane for being a person who is willing to assist and turn a big frown upside down. I believe that Rain needs to check up on their online platform to be sure that all logged tickets are delt with as it could be that they are not receiving all of them.
