I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, the agent was great, she sent me an email confirming the cancellation of my old rain account as I am upgrading from the 4g R265 to 5g R559. Only for me to go on my rain app and all SIM cards are active and I have to pay R842, for what when I immediately cancelled when I got the new SIM card and router as instructed by yourselves. I tried to call we all know I won't get through to anyone,then I inboxed on Facebook and silence. My August notification is missed payment when I paid. Can someone cancel the R265 account and amend the amount to be paid.
