I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, spoke to Lerato Fulani who assisted me with the utmost patience and kindness, I was given the incorrect information, she rectified it and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, when she called in the last time, I was in a meeting and couldn't thank her well as I was in a hurry but, I want her to know that I really appreciate it, I appreciate her assistance and I hope she keeps it up, I spoke to like, 7 agents prior to her and one hung up on me, the other gave me incorrect information and the others were downright rude but, her, she was amazing. 💜
