I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, specifically the service provided by Sivenathi Tyakume. It was exceptional! Calling from out of the country our call line went silent in the process of making a payment online. Things got further complicated when the payment wouldn’t go through without an OTP sent to a number I no longer had access to which meant the payment link was no longer viable. Forward thinking, proactive swift Sive sent a new link which made it possible to successfully make the payment. From his email he further assured me that everything was processed. Not many can think and act on their feet like Sive and I am truly thankful somebody like him assisted me. Stella work boet!
