I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider So far NO satisfaction

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider So far NO satisfaction. NO service. My problem is a Faulty Rooter / device. PROMISES to send technition but nobody came out...complaint loged in August we waited and loged a complaint again now the 10th October...promises to send a tecnition the next day.... again nobody came....Very bad service. Not helpful at all. Not listening to the problem we have with device. Im very dissapointed....even spoke to some sort of manager...but he also did nothing....poor service. From Chantell Venter / Frans
