I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider Sales Consultant Sihle was very professional and friendly. He answered and informed well about all the questions I had about the product. Easy and Quick...thank you rain. I signed up😌👍🏽

DON'T GO FOR RAIN!!! Less then 3 weeks and I REGRET THEM ALREADY. Rain will provide the best service to get you to sign up and once you fall for it like I did it's DOWN HILL. My Definition of 5G Connection and Rain are totally the opposite.
My BIGGEST Reason to write review is their AFTER SERVICE which is all the way in INDIA and doesn't care or can relate. When I signed up with rain I was told I could change my payment date on rain app which I wanted to do after signing up. They **** to me and when I call to complain about payment date change nooo one could help even the supervisor. I sent countless emails which I proof that someone will get back to me which they didn't. Frustrated I called them and I could just sense that the sales rep and supervisor didn't care or relate, I couldn't understand why until it hit me their accents are different to a South African. Rains service team is in INDIA...and they didn't CARE. I REGRET WASTING time on Rain. I would rather Support Vodacom or Vuma at least their service team are Locals who can relate and understand my situation.
