I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, Rain is a **** and people should be wary of this provider. Claiming to be a month on month service provider yet, they are actually a contract service provider. Why are we being debited for previous months for a service we didn't use. My sim card has been lost since last year and hadnt paid it because I had lost the SIM card. Previously, when you miss a payment. The service would be immediately disconnected till you made the payment and then reconnect it. But to my surprise, that was no longer the case. You get debited a part payment or full payment for previous month's that you had not paid them from your bank account without your permission. Hayi shem, they debited my account from a deposit that was made into my account for R1000, and was left with R100 after they did what they wanted with my a money. Hayi shame, with your buffering network. You guys are a real ****🤞🏼
