I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider! Please not that some of your employees are full is nonsense. How can one call in and gets the phone dropped on my ear this ithen guy needs serious training if you guys offer that case his pathetic in ever since. ,his not professional at all. He dropped a call on my ear and ddnt bother calling me back as a paying client! That's pathetic please you staff in order!!!!however they are people that love they're job just like the lady by the name of Ndiphile was very helpful she is probably the reason I won't be canceling my account with rain..she help me with patients and kindness here good word doesn't go unnoticed... Please reward or recognizing her she is an asset to your company.
