I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider On the 8th of November I called in and asked a consultant to change my payment date to the first as I changed employment and he gladly advice me that it has been changed and I also received an email stating that my payment date was changed. On the 20th of November it amount of R634 was debited from my account and rain doesnt want to refund that amount. Utter poor service for rain not keeping to the agreement. See the email that was send to me by rain.
