I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider Nontando REF- ***6 What a beautiful call Nontando was warm, blissful and very helpful with me as I don't know much about Rain or WiFi as a whole and mind you she called whilst i was on a wedding trip and i was busy eating 😂. She answered all my questions with grace and respect. She never once got frustrated with the fact that she had to speak to my hubby and repeat what she had already explained to me. My only concern is why is she still in sales when she should be leading her own sales team and coaching them on how to handle a call with excellent customer service. Now that I am part of the Rain family I hope that all the family members are like Nontando. From my family and myself thank you for your care Nontando 🤍❤️💓
