I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider My name is Thobile Maoba, from Naledi, Soweto, I am a long term client of rain, I have been unhappy for almost 3 weeks trying to change my router password, holding on the line and sending tickets with no response, today I was ready to terminate the service until I got help from a service champion 🏆called Nangamso, because of her I am keeping my subscription, I was battling, she stayed on the line with me for over 35 minutes but at the end she managed to help me. Rain has a champion there, I appreciate her a lot and I would like to thank her just to give her the moral to keep helping others.
