I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, I was recently billed R605

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, I was recently billed R605.77 extra in my account and as I have had my router taken for an exchange at again store due to some technical issues experienced on the old router. I called in the call center and was assisted by one of their consultant (forgot their name) but was assisted to have my billing sorted out and my account credited back with the extra billing that was done incorrectly. I'm happy this was sorted out without any more problems incurred. Thank you Rain!!!
