I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I recently upgraded my 4G to the new Rain One 5G It has been a hustle for me to connect to my wifi because of the password which kept on saying incorrect.I called Rain numerous time about the issue I was advised that the issue has been escalated to technician I will recieve a call.I called the following day wanted to follow up on my issue and a consultant by the name Nomonde Precious listened and was sympathetic towards me .She did her outmost best in assisting me,she kept me on loop throughout up until my issue was resolved. I just want to appreciate her she’s an asset to Rain ,i wish your company can have more Nomonde Precious .
