I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I have never in my life struggled with a service provider like i do with rain i would not recommend rain to anyone. they are so confused and not a single constant can give the same information about an account, they also wouldn’t let you speak to the accounts, head office or the person in charge directly. i spent more money on airtime phoning rain for service. every month there is another issue or story. I am not the only one struggling with this issue‼️ I should’ve expected such service the first time i had a problem. its been more than a year now. Think twice‼️
