I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I have been battling to change billing dates since October last no joy. I used the app, confirmation will be sent, But come month end im sitting with the same issue. happened. I called in today option 1 I was holding over 15minutes each time, until I opted sales I was answered in less a minute👀 spoke to a gentleman who just directed my call elsewhere and was not answered. Second try a lady Senelisiwe she helped and changed great, then put me through billing where I spoke to Ziyaad Firstly very professional,calm and knowledgeable. Assisted me with patience never made me feel like an idiot as sometimes you made to feel by consultants So thank you for the brilliant service In just doing your job. Much appreciated.
