I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I had issues with my rain loop device. I had issues from the first order to the 2nd order. 1st order was cancelled, 2nd order delivered on the 2nd of Jan, last Friday. Never had service since until today. Called like 5 times a day each day since delivery, and no help. Thanks to the guy I spoke to yesterday (Jesper maybe) and today (Rheny), who actually activated my device after days of calling daily. Jesper made a promise that by the next day, it should work. But everyone said that... then Rheny answered all my questions and sorted my problem. I have wifi now. Im happy my service is back on. Now the struggle continue, off to the billing department for my refund for the first order and the next bill. Aluta. I appreciated your help gentleman
