I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I had a problem with my promise to pay arrangement so I called and got helped by Alfred .he was so helpful ,calm and polite he explained what was the problem and how to fix the problem without me asking too many questions he even gave suggestions and solution.i am very satisfied with Alfred's service I give him a 10/10 at first I thought he was AI the way he was so calm and collected in my 5 years of using rain services I have never been spoken to like this before ! Alfred is the reason I am sticking with rain
