I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider: I cancelled my Month to Month 5G contract in Oct 22 due to installing Fibre Network at home. Though Rain were quick to respond to the acceptance of the cancellation via email, I struggled on numerous occasions to get connected their support service (via telephone line) in order to collect the Router. Rain did give me a 2 weeks free usage but I didn't utilise it as the Router was packed away awaiting collection. Eventually got a call on 22 November 2022 of which the call agent was quite polite and professional. Collection is scheduled for the next 3-5 workdays. Thanks Rain...I unfortunately moved over to Fibre
