I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider! I bought the rain one package about three weeks ago and when my package arrived the home router was not working and till to date it’s not working. I been calling rain customer service using my own airtime for the past three weeks to tell them that the router isn’t working and I have not had any help from them. Every time they say sorry and the matter will be escalated but no help is given to me. So if I had to rate rain I would give them a big 0. They failing to help me for the last three weeks now as I’m talking to you the router is still not working and no help is given
