I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I am very dissatisfied with the service from rain I never selected a payment date of the 25th but now they say they can't reinstate my plan until payment the 1st of each month

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I am very dissatisfied with the service from rain I never selected a payment date of the 25th but now they say they can't reinstate my plan until payment the 1st of each month. I have never ever had this issue with rain but now they are really getting disappointing in the way they set their services. My simple question is why would I set a payment for the 25th if I know I won't have any funds available. Really very disappointing
