I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I ordered a router on Monday the 2nd of October 2023 last week, I was told it would take 3-5days for delivery but I still haven’t received anything. I called them yesterday which was the 09th of October 2023 and they told me the matter would be escalated, this morning 10th October 2023 I called yet again and still nothing has been done. I’m disappointed and annoyed at the service provider because the only time I seem to get any sort of communication from them is when I call them myself. It’s now clear that I’ll have to wait another week to get the router which is an inconvenience for me as I had told them I need it for school and work purposes.
