I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider, especially Ellen, Reference Number: *** She is awesome! High 5 for Ellen 🤗 I wouldn't mind talking to her again in future - if need be - because everything was explained with so much detail and I was even advised to get a ups to keep my router running in loadshedding so that my fun and calls don't get interrupted. I really do hope her name is Ellen otherwise I am being labelled as a donkey right now 🙈 other than the current issue that was resolved within minutes also with the help of of two other very friendly Rain workers, overall I am very happy. Thank you Rain ☺️
