I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider Elizabeth Makhene She literally was promising and she said she's changed everything. I was offline and had to call for the 3rd time only to be told a different thing and setting up a promise to pay. I wouldn't call rain unless it's a serious problem and for the past 3 years I've never had a problem. Just this once with a mere thing that could be solved within SLA it has taken many calls which is a poor customer experience. I'm appalled by the whole thing
