I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I am truly happy with the service I have received from Rain. We have our 5G internet with Rain and and we have a second 5G router with a different service provider. With Rain, it is always easy to hold of a call center agent but a nightmare with the other SP. I was having trouble with internet speed for two days and I called Rain this morning and while I was on the call, they connected me to a different tower and I was requested to check speeds while the lady stayed on the line. My internet was restored and has been 5 hours later, and we are still happy. Thank you, Rain
